"We travelled to Saskatoon for a vacation with our Grandaughter and showed her our favorite Saskatoon restaurant. There is something for everyone, child price is half of adult. She is picky but enjoyed the chicken balls, cooked vegetables and thin noodles from Chinese section. Several types of fresh sushi was being made, California vegetable rolls and another type plus pickled ginger. Chop sticks available at the station. Fruit and desserts were great too. Soft icecream machine allows for flavored stripe swirl. I chose mint, she chose chocolate. Syrup toppings, cookie crumbs, sprinkles, chocolate chips etc are there too. They alternate warm desserts depending on the day. On Tuesday we had Apple Crisp and Sticky English Toffee Pudding. Tons of pies, squares, cakes, you name it. We were so excited that another generation has decided Smiley's is the best!! We will be back when in S'toon."

"This is by far one of the best buffet restaurants we've visited in a long time. The food was plentiful, well prepared and fresh. Lots of variety to suit any palette. Great sushi and fresh rolls, plenty of hot dishes including a number that included seafood and a wonderful dessert bar with homemade lemon meringue pie to finish off. The only downer was the lack of salad and fresh veggies which would have made the meal complete. I would highly recommend this restaurant for all ages. You're sure to come away satisfied and ready to go back."

"This is my go to place in Saskatoon. Maybe not the most authentic or best quality, but it is up there with the best. As with most AYCE places the service is slow. Food is fresh, lots of choices, and some options for non-sushi people."

"Service was horrid. Pop was flat, food was cold and OLD. Rice was slimy meaning it was a few DAYS OLD!! YUCK. The manager was rude. We will NEVER ever RETURN AGAIN!!!"

"I had lunch here today, since I've never been here, but good things have heard about the place. I ordered the chili relleno grilled faltano pfeffer filled with crushed bun and vegetables) crushed in a cesty tomato sauce that were with rice, roasted beans that were very tasty or an salad. I enjoyed the meal as it was fresh and delicious! my gf ordered the combo"

"My wife and I have come here a few times over the last year and have had very good experiences each time. Our favourite menu item is the Brie and Mushroom Melt burger with a California Spring Salad as a side. It's a well executed burger and the salad (with its spicy glazed pecans) is one of the best I've tasted. My wife is also a fan of their yam fries - best she's tasted as well. Staff have always been friendly and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. I recommend this place to friends all the time."
