"You would figure with all the competition in the neighbourhood, Ginza Sushi would try to excel in customer service. However, our experience last night once again proves that they have no interest in maintaining loyal clientele. This used to be our go to place for so many years and for the third time, the service on October 1st was horrendous. Three of us went to the restaurant, two of us ordered sushi combos and one ordered a Bento box. The sushi platters came out relatively quickly, however after waiting an additional 20 minutes the Bento box still never came. Calling over the manager and owner repeatedly, he said it was in process and did nothing to either expedite the delivery of the Bento box or offer something while the Bento box was being prepared. Never have we had to wait 20 minutes for a Bento box anywhere while the rest of our party ate their food. As we asked for the bill, our server and asked if we wanted anything else. I quickly responded “how about the rest of our food”. She just walked away. We paid the bill and walked out. This is the third time we've had an issue with service at what used to be one of our favourite restaurants for the past 20 years. I can truly say this visit was definitely the last. With all the other options for Sushi in the neighbourhood, I would not recommend going to a place where of the food quality is only ok and the service non-existent."

"Sashimi was excellent. Service was efficient and friendly. I took one star away because we agreed on a pick up time but when I arrived, the person behind the counter said his colleagues didn't tell him about the order, Infact the order was pinned on the fridge and he was able to see it right away. My recommendation is why not be straightforward and ask me to come and pay it twenty minutes earlier, so I won't be late for our lunch meeting? If you need payment first, please say so."

"I had seen an IG story from a friend and instantly fell in love with the photos of her brunch order. The restaurant is partly nestled within a low end mall, but has its own store front from the parking area. There are two restaurants under the same name Ramona one is Ramona 's Cafe and the other being Ramona 's Kitchen.We went for brunch on a Thursday afternoon ~2:00pm). The interior is modest comfy/cozy with nice finishes. A little small but we didn 't mind at all! Our seating location had a nice view to the open kitchen with live cooking.I ordered the Mediterranean Benedict and my partner had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Our food came within 15 minutes very reasonable). The Benedict was cooked to perfection. It came with two poached eggs on top of sautéed spinach and cherry tomatoes that sat on English muffins topped with Hollaindaise sauce, and a side of generously portioned tri coloured home fries and a second side of fresh salad. I couldn 't ask for more! The dish was perfect and will be my go to menu item here.My partner 's sandwich came with two deep fried schnitzels and fresh cole slaw on brioche bun and a side of thick cut fries. It was full of flavour and cooked to perfection as well!The two female servers who quickly seated us and took our orders were polite. What could have improved this overall experience is if the staff had checked in on us during our visit.We will certainly be coming back here for another visit to try out the other menu options!"
