"I ordered food from the take out service and realized when I got home that I actually wanted the receipt. I talked to the chef in the kitchen who told me he would leave the receipt at the front desk. When I went back and...asked the front desk, the supervisor, Daisy, was in complete despair! She didn 't understand and was looking for it everywhere! She was totally lost! She then told the restaurant manager, Jean Paquette, a Northern Ontario military uptight rude English guy, not customer-oriented for a nickel, who said he didn 't have and made no effort to look for it! He then blamed us and told us 'to go to hell '. WHAT A NICE WAY TO GREET A CUSTOMER! GO HOME TO NORTHERN ONTARIO! UPTIGHT ONTARIAN!"

"Food was good for a gourmet hamburger. It was busy and the service was really slow, but the food made up for the service. I guess if your in a hurry skip this place but if you have time to experience the ambience and make it an event it a great place to enjoy a get together. it is very family oriented"

"If you are looking for a restaurant, you are going to be looking for a while. Bento sushi is the Independent Grocer version of their house brand sushi. What you get is what has been made and it put into the fridge. You'll find it along with the salads, cut-up fresh fruits, etc. It's standard fare grocery store sushi. Nothing overly fab, but if you are looking for a quick lunch. It'll do. Typical selections include California roll, Tuna/Avo rolls, and some assorted rolls. Selection is fairly limited and if you arrive later in the lunch hour, you may be out of luck for lunch."
