"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The drinks were warm The pizza was like eating a Jacobs cracker the hand cut chips were clearly McCain 's Homefries We sent the pizzas back and the pizza without cheese returned with a piece of goats cheese hidden underneath the toppings. We complained about the chips and he said oh yeah we ran out of potatoes and still charged us for the Hand-cut chips at £3 The group sitting behind us also complained saying their food was inedible Absolutely horrendous experience"

"Absolutely wonderful! The first time here, though I've seen it before and wanted to try it for a while, and will definitely be back! What a perfect place to enjoy this beautiful, sunny day. The staff was friendly and very efficient. The menu is plentiful and the sandwich I had, the caprese, was phenomenal. All large windows allowed for a lot of natural light making the place feel even more cozy. The quirky industrial look with a unique twist like the cable car dining table, the tables made with cities and trains in them and a few other funny decoration for the perfect afternoon meal. I had a latte, but I saw that others had beer. This place has everything"

"The service here sucks! So very disappointed with our visit to this Bella. We were sat 45 minutes before anyone came to take our order. They can 't claim to have been busy because they weren 't even half full. The staff were just more interested in hiding and chatting than serving customers. The food was below average. The pasta was crunchy because it had been left on a warmer too long. One dish hadn 't been cooked and came out 10 minutes after the rest. Then the big reveal.... A 12.5% optional service charge added to the bill!! Avoid it and find an authentic Italian with good food and service!"
