"Beware! This place is a rip off! Came in for an early dinner with my family of 4. We ordered 2 chicken fingers with rice and black beans. 1 order of fried fish with a side salad, and 1 steak (thin piece of meat) with onions and rice and beans on the side. 3 lemonades and 1 bottle of water and the bill came out to $91.00. The prices on the menu didn’t even come close to the total they charged me. I never got a hand written or itemized bill (shame on me)! When I questioned the owner, she proceded to tell me that the prices were changed! I was never told and there weren’t any signs anywhere in site! I paid the bill and walked out. Once I got to the car my son looked at their prices online and it was the same prices as in the restaurant menu that was given to us! I went back in and was told they charge more to eat in the restaurant!!!! This place was less than average no air conditioning and sticky tables! Not to mention the food was less than average. They just lost my business!"

"OMG! The best cheese mofongo I've ever had! Soft and soooo flavorful! And the garlic and red sauce for it was amazing too! Also the pollo asado was soooo good! The phone service for delivery was so nice and professional as well! And they delivered my food nice and hot with minimum wait...which is rare now in days! Next time the delivery guy is getting double tip! I'm a self-proclaimed food critic because I've rated just about all restaurants in NYC and I Highly recommend!?????????????"

"If you are looking for flavorful Spanish food in BK, this is the spot for that and more. I have ate here various times and have tried most foods along with desserts. The baked chicken, will leave you licking your fingers. No matter what I get, I always get the baked chicken on the side. It's a must, as it is so juicy! The mac and cheese, the lasagna, the rice and all other meats taste great as well. You can't go wrong with what you pick, as all the food taste amazing.Not only is the food great, but workers are so friendly and welcoming. I am a regular and they treat me as if I were family. I know if I forget to make lunch this is my go to spot. It's inexpensive and they offer so many food options to pick from that you can't get bored. If you haven't tried the food here, what are you waiting for?"

"My husband and I both ordered the Pechuga del Valle. He had rice and beans on the side and I had the yucca puree. It was absolutely delicious. We went here on a whim while in town and we will definitely come back any time we are in Utica."

"The food is too pricey, they serve you only a half of cup of beans and white rice. Usually authentic restaurants serve you more beans then that especially if it's for two people. Their bathrooms have water saving old system which sadly they need to change asap. It gets clogged to easy and to me that's a big don't go back. They only get 2 stars because they do have a bar and the place is bit centric for a stop and go but I would not recommend it for a picky, clean eater like myself.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp but don't go past 4:00pm too crowded."
