"I was on 20may2016. Service is very bad and fraud. We waited 30 minutes for payment, 1. they come tips must be paid in cash, but we did not agree, 2. from the beginning we were mentioning 10% of the tips but they calculate my... card for 20%. You thought I didn't find the tips were wrong. Then I tell them: 10% not 20%. Then they said wrong and will refund me in cash. But they took 10 minutes to pay me back. Overall, my time costs 40 minutes for payment."
