"Wonderful tequila tasting paired with traditional Mexican cuisine. Our tequila guide was amazing and very knowledgeable and could answer all our questions. Some of the food was great but was not so great. The first course was served on a bed of uncooked rice which was not ideal as the uncooked rice stuck to the bottom of the fluata and had to be careful with your bites. The last course before dessert was tuna which was rather tough so perhaps it was marinated too long. Overall, it was a great experience though and I would recommend it it anyone who wants to learn more about tequila."
