"The woman who picks up the phone (I think she?s the owner/manager) has to be the rudest person I have encountered in food service. I used to order from here all the time and even though her attitude is such a turn off, I enjoyed the food here. But Idrew the line when she hung up on me because she got impatient and basically said to call back when I stopped being indecisive.And it is such a shame, because the food is actually decent. That woman has to learn social skills and BASIC MANNERS or getsomeone else to answer the phone. I stopped ordering from here to avoid having to put up with such rudeness, I don?t care howgood the food may be."

"When i got my food i check and was suppose get a hole chicken and got half of chicken and 4 legs ,2 wing then they fries look like it was open not even seal at the top off and very dry and old I also missing a soda and at lease plantain was very good and veg was also good yet it took 55 mins that was not bad and driver was very nice. they still need to be more honest my plate came to 20.00 and i should have got hold chicken not parts .well the driver came and gave me soda that was nicebut i dont think ill order from there again"

"I asked for two orders of cheese flautas one with additional rice and beans. The menu description says they are topped with fried beans, sour cream and cotija cheese and a side salad. Not what I got. I got 3 bland, naked cheese flautas! NOTHING ONIT!! no salad, no fried beans and sour cream! I am disappointed. I order from here all the time!!! Never again."
