"On 9/16/23 my friend and I went to the Iselin location for an early dinner. Unfortunately I cannot recall the name of the waitress that served us but I can never forget the horrible service. I am English speaking only but my friend is Latina and communicated my wants in Spanish on my behalf but the every time the waitress came over she only acknowledged my friend and not once looked at me, in fact, she kept her back to me. I found this to be uninviting, unprofessional and downright disrespectful. Employee needs to be retrained or you risk losing more customers because today you’ve loss one."
