"Three stars due to the very cramped atmosphere of the place. The sound from all the people in such a small place was overwhelming. The staff was short-handed. There were five parties waiting at the door with reservations. We had to stand at the door for several minutes to be seated.With all that being said, the staff was very polite. Our waitress was very attentive to us. The food was amazing!!! I would definitely go back, but only for carry out."

"Our party of 3 dined here for the first time last week, and we are glad to report we will be returning. We had the pleasure of being served by Renee and ordered the chicken parmesan, eggplant parmesan, and lasagna, which were all very flavorful and well portioned for the price! I didn't notice until after I ordered that the eggplant parmesan is gluten free, and therefore they do not bread the eggplant. I would have rathered the breading but I can honestly say I did not miss it! Three dinner entrees and a glass of house wine came to about $60, which is a good deal. Vegetarian options: Pizza, paninis, subs, and calzones can always be ordered without meat, like the portobello mushroom, zucchini and asiago panini; eggplant parmesan; portobello mushroom parmesan; classic linguini; wild mushroom ravioli; tri-colored tortellini; four-cheese ravioli; fettuccine alfredo just to start! Parking: On a Wednesday evening, we had no trouble finding a spot in the tiny parking lot. I imagine on any weekend there would be some jockeying to find parking here. Dietary restrictions: The menu does offer specifically gluten free options. "We decided we wanted to get away from the French Quarter and made the excellent choice to try Vincent's. We enjoyed the food a great deal. Parking was a little tricky (nearby street parking though we had little problem finding parking. but otherwise the dinner was great. We expect to return if we are back in New Orleans soon. It is a short car ride from the Superdome area (where we were staying but worth the 10 15 minute trip."
