"On 14th February at 8:10PM, I ordered one salad, one pasta dish and a bottle of water for home delivery. I got my food at 11:15PM! When ordering the food, they gave me 1 hour and half waiting time. I accepted even though I thought...is quite exaggerate (had no more options for dinner). At 10:20PM, I called again to ask about my food and after more than 2 hours, I was told my food is still in the restaurant and that I will have it after another 35 min which finally were much more. My 3 years boy, got to bed with cookies and snacks as a dinner because he got asleep before we had our ordering from this restaurant. I told them that I have a little boy waiting for the food and their answer was: “I hope you can understand us that is 14th of February and we had lots of orders” Really? Do they know that I don’t care about their orders and that I really care about my kid’s dinner? If somebody in charge of this restaurant is reading clients’ feedback, I allow my self to give them an advice: SAY NO TO THE CLIENT WHEN YOU ARE TOO BUSY! Would be much better instead of ruining someone’s dinner and also losing one client. I, certainly, will never repeat eating in nor home delivery from Fabio pizza! And is a pity, because the salad was really nice."

"I didn t like the reservation style We came and we found 2 empty tables. But they gave us the worst small table located on back lateral of the building. We were with the kids, 4 persons and we all eat and make normal consumation...I sugest to all customers to avoid the back lateral tables. No view, feeling like eating in a cage, not nice feeling to eat in herastrau top restaurants. Burger good, one pizza and pasta basic not good, one spinach pizza good, and desert it was identic cu ikea style desert!! Basic, empty, my child who loves sweets didn t finish it and didn t like it In that period i checked and also that 2 tables from main garden were emply. I checked the tables during my dinner , 4 times, empty.When we left the local still empty that 2 tables and another3, total 5 empty tables and they put us 4 persons to eat to lateral back table. Shame for the atitude and for bad organisation, shame becouse you have this kind of keeping what is good empty and lying that they are reserved. This policy of reservation table we know it but for yesterday your place has bad food, worst desert, and zero view, you made us distroy our friday dinner ! Shame!"

"Sono stato in questo locale al centro di Bucarest, su raccomandazione di amici, sebbene a Bucarest ci siano diverse catene di ristoranti italiani (trattorie), questo locale é degno di nota, situato in una traversa del centro bisogna raggiungerlo con l'aiuto del navigatore o taxi. Il locale é ben arredato, senza eccesi, e ricorda proprio una classica trattoria del nord Italia.Il menú é ristretto ma contiene le principali prelibatezze della cucina italiana, abbiamo mangiato un carpaccio di vitello come antipasto e come piatto principale un orata al forno, tutto delizioso !Molto invitante la vetrina dei dessert all'ingresso ed anche l'angolo "shop", dove poter acquistare conserve e prodotti della gastronomia italiana.Le cameriere sono state molto cordiali e disponibili nel consigliarci un vino d'accompagnare al nostro pasto.Torneró sicuramente !"

"We had lunch in this restaurant, on the terrace, and we loved every piece of it. the food is very good and delicious and the desserts ingenious. affordable location for parking. we also had to ask that the heaters... abandoned, it was very cold on the terrace."
