"Afternoon tea to die for! Came with some friends for afternoon tea and must say, this place is a hidden gem. We have had many afternoon teas in places all over the country but this one beats them all! The quality, the presentation, the service, I couldn’t fault anything. As the place is known for chocolate you even get a delicious pot of gooey chocolate to dip strawberries and marshmallows in. Our friends were utterly impressed and so were we. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful afternoon."

"Beautiful inviting teestube. sweet and hearty. the breakfast was brilliant. at least the choice of suppe. jacket kartoffel wow. toilet so not accessible for wheelchair users. the caffe is located in an old terrace house. very home, immaculately clean. in the middle of belper."

"Excellent little jewel of a loading and caffes that my family and I have visited for a few years. good selection of were from handmade petty pieces to rare board games and collectors (some of them can grab them and have a game free in caffe! . with a fan of collectors, play and retro elements at the previously available to rat (more than fair prices for eating and drinking paul and his personal. with a real British feeling, the menu and presentation. my only grip is that I wish it would be bigger! I could not recommend this place anymore. it's one of my favorite shops in ripley."

"Me and my friends was quite unhappy with our visit, as firstly we ordered a large fries, medium fries and sweet&sour sauce, well we got a small fries with a large fries, but instead of sweet&sour sauce but we instead got sour cream. My friend complained about this mishap and said to the worker that we had got the wrong order, but when she branch the stuff she brought curry sauce for the second time! Also whilst we was there we encountered a bug crawl out of my friends chips, as you know McDonald’s is a restaurant and a food place so it should not have bugs and insects inside, i understand you have automatic doors but it’s still not acceptable. We went and told the worker again and she said “sorry honey, but I can’t do anything about that, what do you expect me to do, we have bees and all sorts of things come in” I’m not being for or anything but if your a fast food restaurant you don’t really have bugs entering your premises. It’s quite upsetting it ended up like this as it has put all 3 of us off from going there again from our disturbing and disgusting visit."

"Terrible service. Always messing up orders and when you ask them is it all there and right they say “yeah yeah” too busy talking and messing about to care if your order is right. It’s not good enough at all!! The staff need sorting"
