"2x big macs and fries and nuggets. Nuggets cold, chips not large and were floppy and cold, both big macs were not hot and had no cheese in either or big mac sauce and minimal lettuce, this cost £26, utterly disgraceful and vile meal"

"Couldn 't get to our usual haunts , so tried the Sunrise . Didn 't expect much but was pleasantly surprised . Food pretty good , service exceptional , price was fair . Other than slightly overcooked hash browns and weak coffee this would of been very good . I understand that you pay for good coffee but I think with their excellent service and friendly demeanor they could get away with charging extra for a premium coffee. If you 're hungry, in Ipswich and want a good breakfast try these guys 8/10 , definitely worth a visit"

"Visited on the way back from a busy day in Ipswich, just one adult alone with a child. About 5pm on a Tuesday. Food was served quickly and was hot. The tables and restaurant were clean. I sat down at the table, unpacked all the food and got my child sorted, only to find I had forgotten the milk for my tea. The milk was really far away so I couldn’t leave my child, and the food was all out on the table, so I was a bit stuck. I got the attention of the lady clearing tables and asked if she’d mind grabbing it for me and she couldn’t have been nicer. I was so so grateful, and for the little price we paid for our meals, to get that kind of service was amazing."

"If you are looking for a quick lunch in Ipswich then St Nicholas Stores is the place to go! I work in Ipswich 3 days a week and the highlight for me is the short walk over the bridge to this fantastic little deli! They have the best range of sandwiches and salads with awesome ingredients! I would recommend the Donna! (Halloumi, Sweet Chilli, Chorizo and Rocket! Simply Superb!!!"

"A real hidden gem of Ipswich. Very cute place which serves cakes, coffees etc. Me and my friend are both 19 and we still had great fun on what you would assume is mainly aimed at children. The prices range from about £7-£30; depending on what ceramic you choose. And then it is also a £3 charge per painter (assume to cover costs for the paint). It can be quite expensive, so would go as a treat. The staff were lovely, so helpful and explained how to get the best outcome. It does however take a week from the time you pay for it to go in the kiln for collection; meaning if you're just visiting the town it's probably not best for you."
