"Regarding my experience today Oct 6th 2023, Friday, around 8 PM when I went to purchase ice cream, I'd like to share my thoughts on the service provided by the staff. This isn't the first time I've encountered a negative attitude from them. As I ordered 2 ice creams, they delayed charging me and served two other customers before me. To my surprise, they even charged the customer who arrived after me first, despite my clear intention to go first. This isn't the first instance of poor treatment I've received from them. On a previous occasion, when I asked to sample a flavor, they displayed a less-than-pleasant attitude. It's important to feel valued as a customer rather than as if you're inconveniencing the staff. I've decided not to return, as I see no need to tolerate such a discriminatory attitude."

"On our way to home from lunch in the halo restaurant we spied the aqua bar and climbed the stairs to have a quick look. that was amazing so that we stopped for a drink to the afternoon, enjoy the sun and the magic vista. my choice was a glass of the château fontarèche tradition cuvee – a pretty salmon-coloured rosé, hauch from strawberries on the palate and lingering dry finish – just as I may be my rosé! while my daughter chose the andre delorme nw blanc de blanc from burgund frankreich, this sparkling delicious tiny bubbles, fresh fruit aromas on the palate and a beautiful dry surface."

"A group of friends visited here for drinks on Saturday night and was looking forward to a relaxing evening catching up.The place wasn't too crowded and we were able to grab a seat. Unfortunately not enough seating for everyone and they closed the upstairs area so you couldn't sit upstairs in the outdoor area.The bar was crowded and they clearly didn't have enough staff to cater for the amount of patrons they had, or enough seats (even high bar seats). The music was ridiculously loud, so you had to shout in your friends ear to be heard. We gave up after an hour and left.I've been here in the daytime before and it was a much more enjoyable time during the day than at night."
