"The coffee. The staff. The owners. The products. The place itself. I sincerely can't recommend this place enough. They roast my favourite local coffee. Honestly as someone who often has to drink decaf, I almost cried the first time I had there's. Its not a compromise in taste at all. If you need to buy a gift for a coffee lover, are a coffee lover yourself, need a place to study, need an amazing pick me up cup of coffee, or even need to buy any kind of brewing supplies, be it machine, kettle, YOU name it. They have it. Or they can tell you where to find it. Haha And if you don't know what you need; they can help there too. A local must."

"My daughter and I enjoyed an excellent meal at Auguste late on a Sunday evening while on a college visit to a local university. The owner of the B&B we were staying at recommended the restaurant. We went without much of an idea of what to expect, and were pleasantly surprised. I had a delicious salmon course while my daughter wolfed down a risotto course with scallops, and both were perfectly prepared. We started with a very good first course soup and salad, and the reasonable portions still allowed room for a delicious apple galette to finish. The service was professional and welcoming. We're from the San Francisco Bay area, and Auguste could hold its own against our top restaurants, including the selection of wines. We lingered, engaged in a conversation with another table nearby and never felt rushed to leave. I hope to return in the future, as my daughter now plans to study in Sherbrooke."

"Love the entire vibe here. Eclectic. Take your time with Celestine Cafe. Everything tasted so fresh. The vegetables for salads even came from s as n employees garden. Artisan style menu, vegan vegetarian options. You can even do some gift shopping. Artisan locally made soaps, shaving cream, candles, food crayons, salad oils, coffee beans, environmentally friendly products and more. Definitely want to go back."

"Stopped in to Bennies on bike ride, coffee was great but the pulled pork and egg breakfast sandwich was worth the trip. It was served with fruit and sliced potatoes. I wanted to eat another so I biked back the next morning! More I want more!"
