"This place is an absolute state! There is no order in the queueing system, the staff have no sense of urgency or service and the tables and floor are covered in what the last 5 people have eaten on them! Genuinely is the worst part of what is a very good gym! The food here is also good but it’s just not worth it for the horrendous customer service experience!!!! Please please please train your staff and recruit a few more to improve the abysmal experience"

"Always eat great from here! the brot, whether it is a sandwich or a complete brot, is always soft and fresh. even when ordering, the brot is still warm, so it is freshly baked. large selection of food and surprising amount of hot food, including pizza. always delivered and served with ease and care. the people say the meal deal is expensive are not the fact that the meal deal is huge. even the bloomer sandwiches are very large and packed with fillings – they get what they pay. always like to go back!"

"We went to costa to feed kids and they needed to sit down. Whilst in the queue the kids went to sit down as did the couple In front. Jardeli launches at us like a Rottweiler with no compassion to say we need to move the tired kids off the seats until we have lunch. We calmly explained that the couple had done the same ahead of the people in front of them. She went to challenge the man but told us they are fine because they were in front of us. The couple in front of them started to explain they also had the same frosty reception and that they are first and did not now have a table!! So we moved the kids and sat somewhere else! No need for drama as we all had a seat. This is a case of really using Covid to make ridiculous arguments. It’s a shame as all the other staff were ok and we spent £30 in the cafe!! I think she just didn’t like children and tried to get rid of us! Throughout the queue she wouldn’t leave us alone and was really enjoying the fight"

"I am here to revise for my levels, recently the staff are so friendly and one even came up to congratulate me and my friends while we were revised for our Spanish speaking. it is very cozy and the drinks are...damaging quality, really recommend to come here if they want a place to relax. the atmosphere is unbeatable, so calm and so positive energy comes from the whole place. I love it here."
