"This is a very lovely little shop. The Gentleman behind the counter recommended the cappuccino and goat cheese and dill scone and they were delicious! I'll definitely bring a friend next time! *Update* Went back for a Caramel Latte and the cheddar scone. I love this place!! Always great service. Love! that you can buy local honey as well!"

"This Tim's location is probably the Best one for downtown Hamilton. They are always well stocked, and their service is always friendly and very quick! They have a Nice sitting area to enjoy indoors when the weather is yucky. Very Clean! It is air conditioned in the summer, and well heated in the winter; This is Very much appreciated. The restrooms are always clean and easily accessible. I would have given it a 5-star if this place wasn't frequently crowded; This is NOT the fault of the owners obviously. There's a lot of people who hang around both inside and outside in the evenings. Some of them are rowdy, but most of them are just fine. There's never been any violent incidents at this location that I'm aware of. I wish they would stay open a bit later too; At least until about 1am would be Nice, especially weekends."
