"Customers are conquered, they are not tried to frigate themselves. I arrive at this cafeteria and the waitress introduces herself listing first and second courses, without telling me that there was the possibility of having a first course lunch menu for 8.50 euros (which includes first course, side dish, drink and bread) or first course and second course for 12 EUR. I order a first course and a coke, never mind the quality, I eat and go to pay. Going inside, I realize that there was a sign listing the menus I mentioned earlier. I arrive at the cash desk, I ask how much to pay and I get 9.50 euros, asking for an explanation the lady at the cash desk tells me: well, she should have specified it first!!! But what if no one told me that there was the possibility of making the menu? Moral: we are not interested in pleasing the customer but in cheating him. If they had behaved professionally and honestly I would have gone to eat there for other days to follow, but since that is the case I slammed 9.50 euros in their face and goodbye. Not recommended."
