"Prosciutteria is a great pace for lunch or dinner, inside or outside at their tables. The food was one of the best meals we ate in Tuscany a wooden slab filled with charcuterie, cheese and bread, ,iced salad and the best lasagna we have...ever eaten. Its small size is deceiving but the tables packed with locals is not. The house wine is OK, but next time we will order a bottle from their extensive collection . Finished with tiramisu dessert and two cappochinos. One of our best experiences in Tuscany, particularly intermixing with local folks sitting next door."

"The only dislike I had was that drinks were not included in the pre-paid menu. Water was complimentary. The restaurant is in the basement of the hotel and has a charming atmosphere."
