"James is an amazing bartender/host that is completely friendly and very informative about the menu. He served my wife and me and was completely nice and informative. He is an amazing bartender/host and press 195 in Rockville Center is also amazing. From her chicken fingers to her frits, to her sandwiches, etc., it is literally one of the best bars/restaurants I ever had with very amazing employees and very friendly people. Thanks for the amazing experiences James and Press 195!"

"Service was extremely slow. We ordered an appetizer and ordered 2 more appetizers and it took 20 minutes to bring the second round. The edamame, both kinds (spicy and plain), was drenched in oil. I thought edamame was steamed. Two of us ordered meatloaf sliders and one came with over cooked onion strings and the other had no side. The one good thing is the waiter kept our sofas full. Sadly, we won’t be back."

"When we arrived for our 1:15 reservation, there was no one in the restaurant. It took a few minutes for anyone who sat on us. We sat and brought water. There was a private party that took place in a closed area outside the dining area. It took a while, but a waiter finally came to take our order. 30 minutes later no food and a waitress came to our table to apologize for waiting and tell us that it will be longer than they get all the food ready for the private party? As mentioned, only people in the dining area were our party of 4 so you would think that they could press in our order while also filling the private party. At this point we realized that this would not work, as it seemed that they had not even started our order, so would probably be another 15 minutes so that we were gone and ate elsewhere. If they had brought a free appetizer or something, while they had apologized for waiting, we would probably have been good, but they didn't even offer it. As other reviews said, they fought for a while. Hope the private party was everything and more as it was clear that priority was not other diners."
