"We had a somewhat subpar dining experience here. Had to request replacement silverware, because ours' had dried up food on it. The caprese salad had mozzarella balls instead of sliced mozzarella. Very little balsamic reduction. No basil at all... Mostly side dressing that was not authentic. The tortellini had way too much cheese on it. It didn't taste like it was made in-house. The table service bread was good, though. Service was a bit slow, and?despite reserving a boothseat near the window several before and arriving at opening (4:30pm) on Saturday?we were told the window seats were already reserved and were seated elsewhere."
