"This is honest to goodness Italian pizza... Well, that's how I've always imagined Italian pizza, anyway. I was told about Desano by a friend several years ago. He said it was the best pizza in Nashville and he was 100% right. If you're debating between Joey's and Desano, go with Desano 100% of the time. The service is friendly and fast. They use ovens that cook the pizzas in around 2 minutes. The crust is thin and has the perfect amount of chewiness. I could literally drink the sauce. I always ask for extra on the side to dip my crust. I'm not usually a fan of meaty pizzas, but I am at Desano. They only use the finest and freshest ingredients. My family normally orders the "Desano". I believe it has pepperoni and sausage delivered from Chicago. The cheese is too good to describe with words. I'm a big foodie so I'm always trying new places, but Desano has been my favorite for years. Simply can't beat it."

"Outrageously good. The place was packed on a Saturday night so we snuck into a spot at the bar. The bartender was very knowledgable about the craft beer selection and helped me to make a good, local pick. The pizza was so damn good. At the time I had called it the best id ever had. It's definitely among my all-time favorites."

"The restaurant was very welcoming inside and the food was great. Did not care for the white wine that was served at happy hour so ended up having to order a high priced wine. Also was eaten alive outside by mosquitoes and when mentioned to the waiter was told I could have requested repellent. A little late; should spray area for mosquitoes."

"Enjoy upstairs bar area. The upstairs bar area of Valentino's is a really hip place to meet friends and business associates after the workday. Evening specials in the V Bar (as it is called) are Monday Friday from 5:00 to 7:00: $5.00 Martini's $5.00 House Wines $5.00 Well Drinks. Many evenings you will find pianist Vince Cardell entertaining guests at the bar or the small tables upstairs."

"Me and @kendramaples visit Phat Bites Deli every time we are in Nashville! The hummus is great, and the sandwiches never disappoint! The new location was a little hard for us to find being out of town but we eventually got there. Overall just a great, unique local restaurant that you should visit, especially if you are visiting from out of town."

"This is a great place to grab a slice and just chill, no live music. TV's have sports on but no volume, a good spot to grab a slice of pizza and a cold beer while giving your ears a break. Mario is an awesome bartender and always has a smile on his face."
