"Since its opening we have been here some paintings, but always fought with the pizzas. my experience here (including last night) was limp not crispy base. whether it does not rest teig, or substandard flour, or not cooked enough, the bases are limp. I. I have applied my own personal decisions, and of course an Italian restaurant would know the right way to cook. So last night I researched and found that the traditional Italian way is actually thin and crispy, not limp. we also had pasta last night, which was very good. However, there is almost no choice with sweetness (we had ours with inherited). if after good pizzas, there are better restaurant choices close. the service was great, even if almost everyone was occupied and turned through."

"Pasta Emilia is alittle hard to spot as it is on the corner of the street and there were no big signs so you may easily walk past it without even realising. The interior design is very traditional and it gives off an authentic Italian rustic vibe which I'm totally digging. <br>

I ordered the beetroot ravioli with kale and salsa verde which in my opinion was amazingly delicious. The amount of saltiness was just right and the salsa verde was not too oily and complimented the beetroot pasta beautifully. It felt like pasta heaven in my mouth. <br>

My friend ordered the strozzapreti with beef ragu which was also tasty however; it was definitely more on the oily side as we could see alot of oil at the bottom of the plate and the mince was on the sweeter side which I don't mind but others might not like that. Pasta was cooked al dente though! <br>

You can also buy their pasta and jars of homemade sauce but I didn't get a chance to buy any. I really should when I return since I need to get my hands on the amazing salsa verde sauce."

"It was a spur of the moment decision to eat out. I rang them from the pub and lucky enough there was a table for two available in 10 mins.<br>

We started with mozzarella and cured meat, both fresh and tasty. I had seafood pasta for main and hubby had pork ragu pasta which was a bit fatty for my liking. We both had red wine from Tuscany. Total bill came to $120 for two."
