"Hotel Alden ist ein schönes Hotel in Zürich und das Restaurant ist ebenfalls eine gute Adresse. War neulich dort mit Bekannten die im Hotel geschlafen haben. Bin schon lange nicht mehr im Restaurant und war positiv ueberascht ueber die Vielfältigkeit der Karte, ueber den guten Service und die gute Weine die man zur Auswahl hat. Auf jeden Fall eine gute Adresse auch fuer "locals" und nicht nur fuer Touristen die sich in der Gegend aufhalten."

"Sam's really isn't the place to go in Zurich if you ask me. It's normally, Zurich-style priced which is way too high for what it offers. The place seems dirty and the food is of low quality. We all had burgers which were tasteless and the meat was a manfuactured, overdone "patty". Drinks weren't good either. Service was friendly but very slow and unattentive. I'm afraid I can't recommend this place."

"Food was good, service quite slow but it was a busy lunch time. Very loud and not cozy ambience. I have made a reservation for 2ppl plus a baby in the stroller, it turned out our table is at the back of the restaurant and in order to get there I had to excuse people sitting at 2 tables. Moreover no changing board for the baby which is shocking knowing how little space the board takes."
