"We read about this restaurant in an online review and were intrigued. While the pizzas were delicious I feel it was a bit overpriced for what we had. We ordered the 1 metre pizza which was very tasty. We nearly finished the whole thing between 3 of us for lunch and we weren't overally hungry. The base is super thin which is nice but not when you are paying $70 for 3 people and expecting leftover for later. Great for the visual aspect on the table and photos which I am sure is what most people go for. Service was really quick for us but there were only 4 tables in the restaurant at the time."

"I came here for my birthday dinner a few weeks ago and ordered the salsiccia e porcini pizza. It was nice but just lacking a bit of salt I felt. I had the tiramisu for dessert. If you're not a coffee fan, I wouldn't recommend because it has a very strong coffee flavour but I did enjoy it. I'd recommend booking as it does get quite packed."

"Now, I'm not usually a fan of all you can eat restaurants as they're often never as good as the pitch, however not at Pizza Autentico... it really was love at first slice (and the pasta was pretty good too). The guys here have got the concept - $20 for 90 minutes of all the Italian carbs your heart couple possibly desire - right: A good range of pizzas and pastas regularly come around the big communal table fresh from the kitchen, and importantly, the service is spot on too. Pizza Autentico is great for going with a friend, family or larger groups."

"What’s not to love about Kurtosh? Lots of choices, great classics and some interesting combos, plus you can get whatever size cut you want, which makes it great to sample a number of different options. Of the items we had, the espresso butter almond chocolate roulade was definitely the winner. It was pretty busy on Sat night, so you’ll have to be patient to wait for a table."

"As a NY style pizza fanatic, who's waited some 30 odd years to see NYC style pizza come to Sydney, I was really looking forward to trying these pizzas. We went straight to the top an ordered the 22" classic pepperoni. Whist the pie really looked authentic, looks don't always equal taste. Unfortunately the base was not that flavourful or compelling. The cheese was ok but again not as good as I'd hoped. Whilst the pepperoni was decent, an overuse of oregano really didn't help finish off the topping. My summary would be certainly not an 'epic fail' by any means, but not a pizza I really want to revisit. I'd actually go as far as saying the common, very shopping mall chain variety Sbarro pizzas that we used have at a few locations in Australia is a more compelling NY style than this pizza."

"The advantage of being a Surry Hills local is we never run out of dining options. In fact there are so many new places to visit that sometimes we take the long standing establishments for granted. Vacanza has been around for quite a while but we never got around to try it until now. <br>

Even during the mid-week there's still queue outside and they don't take reservation, we were lucky to get a table straightaway. After some effort to get staff's attention and finally got our wine glasses, we ordered mozzarella, prosciutto, focaccia bread, and a tiger prawn pizza. Every thing tasted fresh and tasty, especially the mozzerella The pizza had thin crust and cooked in the wood oven on site. BYO is $8 per bottle, they also have wine by carafe at reasonable price.<br>

The only down side is there is no air-conditioning and the only ventilation comes from the natural air flow through ceiling to floor sliding doors. With the heat from pizza oven right inside the restaurant, the place can get quite stuffy. But it is a small price to pay for good fresh Italian treat.
