"It was a most disappointing dining experience. We were there to celebrate my son’s birthday and it will be an unforgettable evening and not in a good way. There room we were seating in was frigid and we had to ask if there was any way to adjust the temperature or perhaps change to a different room. The music was too loud and we could barely hear the server speak between her whispered voice and the overhead music. Our drink order took over 20 minutes to arrive, the pace of the meal was terrible and our server would disappear, she wasn’t at all attentive. My daughter-in-laws steak which ordered to be medium rare was was overcooked and had to be sent back. My steak was sizzling but it was the only hot item we got all the sides and my potatoes we luke-warm. My daughter-in-laws properly cooked steak did not arrive until after my son and I had finished dinner. Second round of drink orders were incorrect and what should have been a pleasant and enjoyable evening was a nightmare! For the first time ever in my life I left only a ten percent tip which was more than I think she deserved. I only left that tip in the hope that the others would get something for their work. Based on this experience I would not return to this restaurant and would not recommend it to others. When you pay the prices that are typical for this caliber restaurant there is an expectation in what the experience will be, our expectations we’re definitely not met. Our evening did not even deserve one star but that was not an option. A very disappointed, now former customer."
