"AVOID! I've foolishly been going to this McDonald's for almost ten years, but now I am finally done. The employees at this location have become progressively worse as time has passed. This location suffers from the following problems consistently: 1. Extremely slow service 2. Terrible food preparation, sloppily and hastily made 3. Rude employees 4. Homeless are allowed to essentially have full run of the dining room 5. Dirty bathrooms Do yourself a favor and spend the extra five minutes going to the McDonald's on West Addison, or the one a few extra minutes more west down Irving Park. This location on Lincoln is absolutely a waste of your time and money."

"Girl didn 't wanna take my order at the speaker, she said I had to pull up I just stopped to get some drinks. Then once I pulled up she kept taking orders in the speaker from the cars behind me and told me to wait to order. Then got my order wrong for not listening. She was very rude while taking my order too. Then second window girl was rude as well was not greeted or even said thank you . So unprofessional will not be coming back!!! Visited on Tuesday , December 27th at about 10:50pm."

"I find myself getting off at the Adams/Wabash station pretty often, so more than once I've ended up in this Mcdonalds'. The service is great, usually, 3/4 of the kiosks are working, and the food is nice. The only complaint I would have is that there always seems to be a spill on at least one of the tables haha. Would recommend!"
