"Idk what it is, if this location has a different training program or what but the staff here is always so kind and so friendly in every form of interaction from order placement, to payment and pick up (drive thru) no matter who’s working. I swear every time I come through, I have to remind myself that I’m NOT at a chick fil a with the level of customer service I receive from working staff. Never have I experienced this level of customer service and hospitality from a McDonald’s restaurant. Keep up the great work you guys! This location really stands out to me and always has me looking forward to my next return. Plus, y’all now have me driving specifically to your restaurant every time I’m out in the valley even though there’s another restaurant closer to I-90 off Argonne exit (and I live on the north side). 10/10 would recommend. Literally if you ever need someone to make your day, go to this location I promise they will not disappoint. And you’ll have some McDonald’s food, too!"
