"This is what I put on the survey I just did for them. This was before I saw how sloppy my chicken wrap was made. Not to mention this should be GRILLED! Clearly it 's fried! I 'm not at all happy with my experience with this location. Do yourself a favor and go to another location! I 'm pregnant. I sent my husband for dinner and he was not given all of the food ordered. He was told there would be a fifteen minutes wait for apple pie. I had to drive all the way back there and wait in a long line because they didn 't answer the phone after calling over ten times! The girl taking the orders was rude and the manager was not better. He didn 't even care that they messed up or that I was inconvenienced. Stating they were busy . Heck I 'm busy and pregnant and didn 't feel like going out there! That 's why I sent my husband. He came home so angry I didn 't think it would be good to send him back. I felt very disrespected and they clearly didn 't care about my inconvenience! Terrible service and experience! Just awful! Poor management! I can 't explain how upset I am right now!!!"

"I had ordered via online order and went to the store to pick up food. Let alone I live closer to the Wendover store. I specifically ordered from this Panera due to them having the Grilled Mac and cheese sand in stock. Placed the order, and went to pick it up. got home and they gave me a plain grilled cheese. I Paid for the mac and cheese. called the general manager, and she stated that they would remake the sandwich for me. Went back in last night, and told the cashier that I had that sandwich to be remade. the cashier was rude as all get out. Then placed my order, and overheard the workers in the kitchen disregard the sandwich, and make the rest of my food. Then I reminded the workers about the sandwich and they made once again a plain grilled cheese. This is absolutely ridiculous. mess up an order once yes okay, that's fine but twice when I'm standing right there checking your work."

"Ate there today, getting meals for my grandkids while they waited in the car with their mom. Were careful to make sure my grandsons cheeseburger didn’t have pickles, and offered me a large bag to juggle the three happy meals and drink carrier. Very nice and great service!"

"How could Josephines develop so quickly? It was our favorite place. So we gave Scrambled an attempt. In Fairness we went to Sunday breakfast a month ago, so maybe they have their act together. Nice decor. A nice young lady. Although there were empty tables galore, we were told that the seats take place every 5 minutes, so we waited 35 minutes. We were 7th in line, so do the mathematics....really ridiculous for a place that knows how to do that. Had the hash and eggs Benedict both of them. The waitress was scattered and didn't show up much. I waited a long time. It won't go back soon. I hope you're lucky."
