"While in Springfield, we found this little boba tea place and placed an order to go. We ordered 2 drinks To Go. Very nice workers that explained the different options to us. The shop had cute decorations with a variety of items for sale, as well. I personally don't like my drinks with the tapioca balls (boba), so I ordered the Lychee punch with Lychee fruit bits and the other drink was a Mango Green Tea with the boba. Drinks were good and quenched our thirst!"

"If I could give a negative rating I would. Drive thru girl was extremely rude. Telling me my messed up order wasn't her problem Manager Layla didn't apologize one bit. Made me re-pay for the extra toppings her staff didn't put on my order after telling me her boss just called yelling at her about the drive thru line and was more worried about getting me to pull up and out of the way after I had already waited in the extremely long line. Filed a complaint with Corp. Got a generic email about how the owner of the franchise would reach out to me. Almost a week later and nothing. Don't waste your time. They cannot get a simple order right and you'll be waiting for forever for it. Take your money to Chick-fil-A."
