"I’m delivering for grubhub and the manger was so polite and since I was waiting for my order and I can see it was literally being bagged up I asked for a soda and had every intention of buying it but he said no here since your still waiting he was sweet I really like this McDonald’s I have never had a single problem with this one and I live across the street from one and avoid it at all costs!"

"I went in to congratulate the staff on becoming union and order a coffee in support. I had been a patron of the competition for some time and thought it was time to come back to my favorite Starbucks. Then I met James? What a shocking personality to place in such a prime location. He should be a security guard at a dive or a bouncer at some back alley sleeze not serving productive members of society. I was in terror? by his get out attitude, and embarrassed in front of my clients. At first, I thought he kidding, but then noticed his large creepy eyes ?! I left so confused. Not the celebratory environment I thought to encounter at the first Union Starbucks in our region? His demeanor may be toxic for the location as a whole. I would get rid of him before the other staff incorporate his disposition. Till then, I’m going back to The Scented Leaf, where my clients and I are always treated courteously and welcomed. He should not greet customers like this anymore"

"Nice place to stop in and grab a coffee and food. I ordered the burrito and a sandwich with a coffee. I like my coffee hot and without mixings and it was nice to see it on tap for refills. The coffee was also good and not bitter like other places that over due it! They know how to make coffee. The food was also good, my order was wrong but I ate it as I had never tried the new fangled burrito flavor and it was acceptable. Staff was friendly and the service was fast. Recommend everyone give it a try if in the area."

"Okay, so I hit a lot of McDonald's around town, and this is the one I've had the best and most consistent experience, thus far. The food always tastes like it's fresh made, they haven't screwed up my order yet and the people are always friendly and smiling and polite. My favorite McDonald's in town. Also, get the app! They have freebies, a points rewards system that is actually really good (fast and easy to earn points to redeem for food items), and deals everyday! Although the new one on Campbell and Irvington is closer to me, I'd much rather come to this one!"
