"My husband and I had our wedding dinner at Brio in Vegas so decided to have our anniversary dinner at Brio in Irvine. Food was good but the service was horrible. We were so disappointed. Nicole our server took our orders we received our food then she never came back to see if we need anything or to check if things were tasting ok. We waved her down asked for Parmesan for our pasta that took her 10 minutes to bring back. Not once were we asked if we needed something else to drink. Appetizer and salad plates were left on our table while our entrees we’re brought out, when my husband asked the server to take the plates she said “wait a minute “ It was a slow night so no excuse for the poor service! When I spoke to the man who said he was a manager he looked at me with a blank look, no apology no offer to discount our dinner. After I spoke to the “manager “ our server never came back someone else brought our check. HORRIBLE! We will not return!"
