"I went to eat here with my family after church service and the food was quite good. My complaint is the service and employees. The manager, I think Christina, was continuously talking down to our waitress and seemed aggressive about it. We just felt bad and a bit uncomfortable. Restaurants seem like they’re always short staffed, and when you finally have good and nice people working at them, management should be respectful of that. I think we will go to a different location next time because we don’t want to support those types of business practices. I used to work in a restaurant when I was in college to pay my bills so I know how stressful it can be. Nobody deserves to be treated poorly for no reason!!"

"Weird experience with this one.. couldn’t get drive thru cause went by foot, couldn’t order inside cause lobby closes at 5, and curbside was confusing to say the least When you choose mcdonald’s, you’re expecting the same consistent meal every time. Well, this time… it was bad. Ordered 2 meals and didnt get any ketchup and they forgot our extra sauce Ordered fries instead of the apples in a happy meal and didn’t get that Mcflurries genuinely tasted like plain ice with oreo Good things: Ordered extra m&ms and they got that right The filet-o-fish was good Some employees were very kind (others were not necessarily nice)"

"Went here after dropping off my chinchilla at the vet. No sense in sitting in my car without food. Because it was breakfast hours, they were busy, and I'm willing to bet short-staffed due to Covid. Wait was a bit longer than I expected in the drive-thru, but it was fine. I placed my order through the app to make it easier, and so they could start making my food. Cashier Melissa confirmed my order at the window, and she was so nice and efficient. Would go back just for her customer service! P.S. Not related to this visit, but please be kind to our service workers. With the pandemic going on so long, they've gotta be exhausted."

"We stopped here on the way to work. we waited 10 minutes for a trip thru. only 3 people before us. we ordered a 10pc mc nugget, sweet and sour sauce and a number 6. we are going to work. it takes about 15 minutes to get to work. they gave us a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a 10pc and honeysard instead of sweeter and acidic sauce. So I drove back 15 minutes. then I had to wait for 20 minutes. instead of saying, hey, keep this sandwich here is the new 10pc. and sweet and sour sauce they took everything back. at least they could have said they think it's their problems. but no, gas is still $4 a gallon and apparently I had to put almost an hour of my life on the hips because they can't put together a job. that's so wrong, on so many planes. I'm sorry I didn't see these reviews before I'm here."
