"I came here for my birthday dinner with my fiance. I have been to Terun a few times and have absolutely loved the food there every single time I've been, so I was excited to try Italico. We sat outside with our pup and it took forever to order anything and we interacted with our server maybe 2-3 times and that includes dropping off our food/drinks. We were never asked if we wanted a 2nd drink, my fiance did, or if anything was ok. On top of that when asking for our order, the server completely misgendered my fiance, calling him mademoiselle. We ordered the zuppa which tasted like baby food of just pureed vegetables vs. an actual soup. I got the chicken milanese which tasted ok the day of. It was just a completely unseasoned breaded chicken cutlet, with very salty fries, and an arugula salad. The next day, the chicken was honestly inedible even when heated in a pan. My fiance got the conchiglioni, or stuffed shells, which he did like. Finally, when dropping off our check, our server looked at the two checks in his hand and then dropped it off and our table and the next table. We thankfully caught that he'd dropped the wrong check at each table and were able to swap with the table next to us or they would have way overpaid and we would have gotten a steep discount. Horrible service and food with kind patrons."
