"The unicorn Ballarat is number 11 on best cafes in the area for a reason. I am sure that the list stops at number 11 because nothing could possibly be worse than this establishment. To begin, the owner is entitled and rude and pushes through the place and is very unhelpful. We actually tried to go here on Friday however we were pushed out with no further comment. Most cafe owners if they are busy will be apologetic and offer a wait time however this disheveled man tossed us away as if we were a bother. What is much worse than the rude service is the wait time. I understand why they have uno cards it's to keep everyone occupied whilst they take an hour to cook a piece of toast. The menu at first looks good there are a lot of good options however what comes out is a different story. The avocado and toast is a far cry from what any person or cafe would consider smashed avo and was about a teaspoon of avocado slathered onto a piece of white supermarket bread with a few Cold tomatoes. The side of feta which cost $5 was nothing more than half a teaspoon. Ultimately I had a weekend of fantastic food and this was a sour note to end on. To summaries the unicorn for you if you like high prices, long wait times, rude staff and rudimentary bland food that could have been cooked by a second grader you'll love this. P.S we left so horrified and disgusted that we disinfected our hands and pallets as soon as leaving this "cafe"."

"The kitchen was closed when we came here (Saturday afternoon) so we just decided to have a couple of drinks. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere and outdoor seating were nice, great spot to relax and enjoy good company."

"This place has been around for a while, but never got down there. Went for lunch yesterday and will make it my Friday go-to place from now on. Had the n'awrlens bagel combo which was spot on. Quality food, great space, godd price and most of all plenty of flavor. Cant wait for fridays even more now...."

"Had a great experience at this particular Pizza Hut recently where the staff could not do enough to help us with our order. We did not necessarily want something 'from ' the menu... but preferred something 'of ' the menu. And they accommodated us drinks and all. Very friendly staff... fast service and great food. Highly recommended."

"Difficult to choose from a menu which featured a number of my favorites. My friends had the Pork Belly, i had the bacon avocado chicken. Soooo delicious. I wanted to dine in the next night for the Pork Belly but got kidnapped. At a friends for a home cooked meal.Coises.!!!Another dins, another day.With pleasure.Oh, good choice of wines too.Happy staff service even with plenty of other diners chompin' away."
