"Food was great or else I would have given one star. It took us over an hour to get our food. Apparently there were only two people working in the kitchen. Firstly maybe hire more people. Second I can relate to being short staffed. I am constantly getting overtime do to being short staffed. The difference is stuff will get dropped if we don't have the staff to cover it. So maybe close for takeout, skip the dishes, etc. since your customers in the restaurant should be your priority (they are buying drinks and tipping your wait staff so seems like a no brainer to me). We kept seeing massive takeout orders going while we were waiting for our dinner. Very frustrating. There were two waitresses. One was really good. Unfortunately we did not get her. Ours was severely unorganized. Not her fault the kitchen was understaffed but if she had been more efficient it might have sped up the process a bit. Her excuse was her shift ended at 5 and it was 7 (she started at 11). So she had a six hour shift and now was doing eight hours. I hate to break it to you but in the real world an eight hour shift is my normal shift and with the overtime because of staff shortages I have often been doing 12 hour shifts or more. So not really an excuse. We asked for a discount for this horrible service. We got a free desert. We would not have even received that if we had not asked, plus I think we should received more for the lack of service. Very frustrating experience."

"This is a really good coffee shop. I ordered an ice caramel latte and it was really good. The ambience of the coffee shop was really cool. I like the vibe it had. The service is quite fast, and the products are super fresh. The servers were great and very friendly. Oasis Cafe is located in the heart of the city. Regular street parking is available"

"I was served by Valeria, Tiffany, Sebastian and a very kind person with a dark pixie cut on July 24th (I'm sure their coworkers will know their name :D). They were extremely kind and heart warming. I rarely get Starbucks but now, when I do, I will be sure to choose this location. Their kindness stood out to me so much. I've actually never written a review for a restaurant/establishment before. They made my day, much praise to them!"
