"We were very happy to visit our frioli, because we have heard that there are great, unusual types of ice. after a bumblebee through linden, it has now worked in the best weather. the ice cream had a small terrace and we even had so much luck that we found fourth place there. also the service behind the theke was very friendly and the ice-cream could begin.In the near future, the service for outside gave us a small overview of today's ice-creams. that is of course a very good idea for an ice cream parlour that offers frequent changing, unusual ice cream varieties. but there has been some disillusionment. the sorts were not unusual in the significantly predominant number. there were the usual suspects and with lavender and mojito maybe two special varieties. So we were four and it took a while until everyone had seen the map. we also asked for a map that was still used in the neighboring table and, in addition to the pure sort, also offered ice-cream or other combinations. the commentary of the service (short, blonde haare) on it: "the one actually gets at the side table".! there was no map...Naja, as far as so good. we finally got the card, whereupon the lady wanted to take the little oversight with the ice creams again. we could just ask her to leave her there, what was commented on "what is now"? Finally, the service actually came to us for the third time, which might have been a bit annoying, but the time interval was really short and the half of the time we had no cards at all. when we then still did not order and my friend said with a look into the card, he needed a moment, the ladies first went to come back only a few seconds later and to point out that he was very grumpy, we were very rude and do not smile at them at all. of this unprofessional commentary, we were completely overwhelmed and we were not aware of any debt, as we were actually in a more joyful expectation on the adored ice. After a short time of thought, we decided to go, which apparently did not count. Then she laughed loudly and tried to get us into a word change by responding to the note from us that we found them quite rude and we had no bad mood, actually replied that she was old enough and felt something like that. and we shouldn't turn the facts. after that we have read that other guests have made similar experiences. really a pity.Our conclusion is that the ice may be really delicious. really extraordinary was the last Saturday at any rate not and the service is an absolute catastrophe. We've never seen anything like that. there we will not go again."

"Wir waren an einem warmen Sommertag und wollten was Essen. Auf der Karte fiel uns ein Gericht besonders auf. Pasta mit Walnüssen und Granatapfel, das versprach innovatives für einen guten Preis. Es war leider nicht so, es war übel. Es kam ungesalzene Pasta in mit einer gräulichen braunen Masse. Diese war mit einer Himbeere und einer halben Walnuss dekoriert. Über die Pasta war Balsamico Essig verteilt. Es schmeckte breiig und Granatapfel war null festzustellen. Es waren wohl zermahlende Walnüsse im Brei, ich tippe auf einen veganen Frühstücksaufstrich der irgendwie verarbeitet wurde. Auf die obligatorische Frage ob es geschmeckt habe verneinte ich dies und wollte zur Erklärung ansetzen aber es wurde mit einem "Aha" angetan und ich stehen gelassen.Als es ans Bezahlen ging wurde es noch besser. Zunächst wurde mir die Quittung mit den Worten verweigert "da stehen nur Zahlen drauf, damit können Sie eh nichts anfangen." Nachdem ich mehrfach darauf bestand, wurde sie mir mit einem Seufzen überreicht. Ich bezahlte und wunderte mich über die Summe. Als ich draußen anhand der Karte und der Quittung verglich, stellte ich eine Differenz von 3 Euro fest. Auf meine Nachfrage wurde ein großer Taschenrechner rausgeholt und die vier Posten wiederholt eingegeben, aber die Differenz blieb. Eine Entschuldigung murmelnd wurden mir die drei Euro erstattet. Sie hätte aus versehen eins unserer Getränke doppelt eingebongt, kann passieren. Aber keins der Getränke hat drei Euro gekostet. So einen unfreundlichen Service habe ich noch niemals erlebt. Überfordert kann die Bedienung nicht gewesen sein, mit unserem Tisch waren nur zwei weitere besetzt. Jeder mag sich selbst ein Urteil bilden, so ist es uns jedoch widerfahren. Dies ist die erste negative Bewertung die ich vergeben habe, seit Jahren."

"In late summer i visited Hannover and made a first Stop at this nice place : the people are really nice and help you with great ideas if you have some 'cant eat dont like ' things : so he created a nice Strawberry Shake Thing (that was not on the regular menu for me ; and it tasted really delicious and fresh! : also the Cake is really great! if you are in the area just visit there!"
