"A few too much edamame for my personal taste. Tried Mochi for the first time. Chocolate was AMAZING, caramel was meh and Green Tea tasted to me like frozen sushi. Wont try that again ; Food was fresh and flavorful and arrived very quickly! Will be ordering again!!"

"Amazing atmosphere to unwind with a great coffee and some friends. Super friendly service and staff. This is a must if you're in town! I started with the caramel machiatto, incredible. Finished with one of my cigars and an iced espresso outside. Perfection!"

"The pastries and coffee are somewhat worth the hype. The staff is friendly and professional.The only negative comment, but carries a heavy burden on my review is the people “dining in”. The café is packed with “the work remote, I’m here to be seen crowd” taking full tables with their laptops while only consuming a cup of coffee that can last a couple of hours. I’m not sure if I’ll come back again. But again, pastries are good and so is the coffee."

"J 's Sweets and Treats is a brightly lit, cheerful oasis on the upper level of the Polaris Fashion Place Mall. As I approached the store I noted that there were some small tables outside the door perfect for sitting with someone special and sampling treats from J 's! inside I found shelves and glass front display cases filled with wonderful confections! this is a woman owned and minority owned business. As I chatted with the owners daughter I learned that there are two locations: this one, and another in the German village area near Children 's Hospital on Parsons Avenue. Great for someone who works or lives in the downtown area. We also shared stories about how our families have special recipes! Like my mother and grandmother, her mother has special recipes that she only shared when she felt her daughter would be ready and appreciate the importance of family traditions. I like this idea and it makes the food here so much more special and unique. In addition to sampling some take and bake cookie dough, I asked for recommendations on what might be a favorite item. This led me to purchase a delicious piece of cheesecake, with chocolate flecks throughout and let me tell you it was fantastic! I bake the cookie dough tonight in my own oven at 350° and it was as flavorful delicious as promised! I was glad to hear that there is a downtown location, which is super convenient. I plan to visit again sometime soon!"
