"I have visited ZiZZi's of Maidstone a few times and found the food and table service to be good. My only criticism is the front door hosting. On every visit we have waited to be seated even when not busy. No We'll be with you shortly No welcome to Zizzi's No Enjoy your meal when seated, No customer service. The host walks by without eye contact, on every occasion. No interest. The seating host is your first contact with the restaurant and a friendly greet makes the guests feel welcome."

"Nice lunch on Saturday. menu didn't get me completely, but we thought we would try. very much tries to be local. the menu was reflected, with local village or city names in the menu description. local products and suppliers seem important. personal attention, especially our server, leo. I saw how eating is served, all looked good, but I felt a little overpriced. we had a chapel down sparkkenrose, can't go wrong with it. burger over a customs thick after cooked, tasty, but could have been a somewhat larger part of salat and chips. I had hunger. had a few cocktails, nice, again a little expensive. quite a good afternoon, menu not overwhelming, clinging, but nothing exciting. a standard 12.5% measurement fee added in the invoice. the menu was cooked by fresh, refreshing and that is worth waiting. I would go back, yes, probably. in any case worth a try."

"We had a family party for 20 people late afternoon/early evening at The Plough. We had an area just designated for ourselves. The Booking/Arranging the party was seamless. All of our requirements were taken in to consideration. We had one gluten free guest and she had her own prepared food which looked snd tasted fab. She was the birthday girl so was so pleased. She also had a special happy birthday message on a plate. We were so well looked after. The food was amazing. Staff there are so friendly and attentive. We could not have asked for more. We highly recommend The Plough."
