"I am going to this buffet once with a friend to discover and afterwards with my companion, it is for now the best buffet I have eaten because there is a fee, dishes that differ and that have taste unlike many other buffets! Chicken with caramel and skewers are top! (toast of goats, gratin molds, Santiago...) sushi are good, dishes cooked also. for service always nothing to say. the room is clean large, beautifully decorated. I have put 4 stars for two reasons, which are for me the only negative points of this buffet, the price of (17-18€) allows you to have one drink offered (in a small cardboard cup fast-food style I find its damage!) second place desserts yes it is varied but since all the proposed cakes are industrial. there is a big problem of deceleration those who make some of them unseenable, dry. you still have fruits, yogurts). I don't recommend the chocolate mousse that didn't like me at all, and the strawberries if they do. To improve this buffet, at least edible, eatable desserts would be needed. the value/price ratio remains good, from choice, a continuous replenishment. Thank you very much for this little discovery!"

"We read in Trip Advisor and decided to w alk in. Is a small grocery cum Thai eatery all under the same roof. U can buy raw ingredients to cook Asian food. There are some dishes to be packed or consumed in the store. Average...taste food and price is very reasonable."

"Sole remplacée par du panga (on sait quand meme faire la difference, meme si la propriétaire nous fait l´affront de nous dire le contraire, merci); 5 bouchons surgelés cuits a la vapeur pour plus de 8 Euros (on aurait compris si cela eût été fait maison, pas de chance on achète exactement les memes a la maison, ici aucune transformation, aucune valeur ajoutée). Bol de riz nature bas de gamme pour trois euros quand le prix normal se situe a 1,80. Enfin et surtout, les plats principaux. 18 Euros le tartare de thon, on a accuse le choc en voyant la petite assiette avec de la salade 1er prix recouverte certes, du produit annoncé, mais encore une fois sans aucune générosité, ni originalité, rien que de quoi se faire le maximum de profit. Une Saint Jacques coupée en deux pour maximiser la surface recouverte, petite crevette accompagnée de son panga (imitation sole, donc) sauce huitre, au prix affiché ceci aurait tout simplement était du vol si la propriétaire ne nous avait pas fait cadeau sur l´addition, surtout par calcul pour éviter le scandale devant les autres client qui arrivaient."

"My wife and I have been in France for vowel two months and have generally found that restaurants do not always use fresh products. New Saigon certainly did not fit that assumption. We went for lunch on a Wednesday, based in Trip Advisor reviews, and had a set lunch. Wow, what a pleasant surprise! Fresh, tasty, well prepared and presented food with quality we have not found at the prices in France. We were so impressed we went back the following Saturday and ordered off the menu as the set lunch is only through the week. A great duck breast with a wonderful sauce, noodles and rice. The front of house is the son of the two chefs in the kitchen. A real family affair to be very proud of."
