Regrettably, the representatives I spoke with were disinterested and unhelpful, displaying a lack of product knowledge and failing to address my concerns adequately.What compounded my disappointment was the noticeable difference in how I was treated during my visits to their physical stores. Despite coming to this location multiple times I experienced disparate treatment, with some staff members appearing uninterested and dismissive. This inconsistency in customer experience was quite disheartening and left me feeling undervalued.The overall impression left by this experience is that the company fails to prioritize customer satisfaction. Exhibiting a lack of empathy and proactive assistance with customer concerns only serve to further deteriorate the company's reputation.In conclusion, my disappointing encounter with the fruity yogurt company extends beyond their inadequate customer service.
