"The size of the cake, which was supposed to be for 15 people, is simply ridiculous! Fifteen teaspoons is the actual size you provided! And the phrase of your confectioner What do you want for that kind of money!! just shocked me. $50 for a cake that is embarrassing to put on the table is too much! A shame! Very disappointed with the service, did not receive the expected quality or service. Moreover, the pastry-chef allows herself to shout at the client, shame! I don't recommend this bakery to anyone."

"The food quality was average. It was pricy. The omelet rice with beef tasted good, but the cooked rice was hard. Also the omelet liked dried tofu bar in hard gummy plastic texture. The choices of food were not much. The meat spaghetti was just a plain meat spaghetti that was similar to any other Hong Kong style quick food restaurant. The music was soft and soothing; but the restaurant was noisy. On Sunday lunch hour, the waiting time for a table was about 15 minutes. This was the merit in my opinion. Overall, this is good for a try occasionally; but definitely not the restaurant you would like to visit often. You can make a table reservation by phone only."

"“BB CAFE” Well this place is a class...a small cosy place that serves the most amazingly baked cakes. Lots of items here are too good but Cakes are above all. Especially their Pistachio Pineapple Tea CAKE. If you haven’t tried it yet you must try it as soon as possible. I bet you all will love it. I live somewhat around 50kms away and drive specially for their delicious cakes. Love LOVE Love"

"I ordered a two-tier Strawberry Chiffon Cake for my sister’s engagement. I ordered to pick up a day early. But the staff suggested that the strawberries could go wrong, so it would be better to pick it up on the day of the event. The chef was so understanding that he prepared it early in the morning before their opening hours.Everyone at the event loved it! It was so fresh, and the cream was not too sweet or heavy- it was just perfect! "First experience and a wonderful first impression really enjoyed this restaurant. The service is good and the food is good too. The food is constantly well prepared and delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly and tasty. Their fajitas are fantastic and amazing are the fresh tortillas.The customer service is not bad. Close to several major chain hotels, Sheraton, Best Western, Hilton and Marriott. Free parking, weekends are busy."

"Too often these days if you don't like coffee you are treated as a third class person Not here the teat selection is superbly wide and advice on what to try is freely available and it is served in china mugs What more could you want Quaint olde worlde setting? Got it Free Wifi? Got it Nice pictures on the wall? Got it Friendly cheerful staff? Got it Very nice cakes and cookies? Got it and if you really must good coffee? "Easily the slowest Coco in York region. probably due to understaffing.wait time for a drink can easily be 20-30 minutes on a Friday or weekend evening, with a line up occupying half the store.I've found this to be the case year round. all other Coco prepares my drink in an acceptable time.even ordering my drink in the app does not improveemploying only 3 kids on a busy day is just poor management"

"Been here a few times usually on weekends. More crowds of weekends were held on a weekday. Clean, bright modern and spacious café. Friendly and attentive employees. Like the selections in the menu. Foods are delicious and well presented. Ate her cappuccino latte. Beautiful Latte art!! Parking in the small plaza can be problematic when coming at weekends."
