"Great service and awesome ice cream. We had an incredible assortment of flavors — one ice cream even had habanero in it! The place is perfect after a nice meal at one of the local restaurants. The chocolate goo was great and the coffee almond nut was a bit as well."

"3.5 rating. I normally come here in the mornings around 8 and they will still be putting pastries out and may not have what I want just yet. But it's a good way for me to try other things. A lot of the pastries have cream cheese in them which makes them almost the same just in different pastry type. Customer service in the morning is kinda blah. Maybe they are not morning people."

"Sadly after a lifetime of this being my home base 31 flavors, I won 't be returning. I paid $8 for a small cookies and cream milkshake to cheer my boyfriend up and treat him after a rough week. He was appreciative but let me know it tasted like milk. He 's lactose intolerant so although he loves a milkshake, it wasn 't worth the pain for him to drink a glass of milk. Given it 's been a holiday weekend, I put it in the freezer to return/exchange at a convenient time. Well today I tried and the manager on duty gave me a hard time and acted like I wanted something for free. No thank you, I wasn 't trying to be a bother and the condescending service recovery was not appreciated. And at the prices nowadays, I 'd rather go to either of their neighbors, The Habit or Chick-Fil-A who charge half the price and make thick shakes."
