"This is by far my favorite Dunkin Donuts!! Every time I come here, I usually ask for a medium-sized caramel ice cream coffee with extra ice cream. The same person makes my coffee every time I go there. I think her name is Karissa. She makes the best dang caramel ice cream coffee from all the dunes I was. It always tastes perfect. There was no single time I had to ask her to drink my drink again because I didn't like him. Recently, Dunkin Donuts has various types of actions. This time it was a $2 medium latte. (I thought I wouldn't like a caramel elite because I tried one from another dunkin and it was literally only milk; so nasty. But when I got a latte from here, it was covered with whipped cream and caramel. It was nice and to my surprise it was delicious!!"

"This place is great. I heard about asking for something sweet. the young lady worked was very helpful and patient. everything is freshly baked daily. just about $6.oo per cupcake. I eat only half a cupcake. their larger than their normal cupcakes. my favorite is lemonberry. but it's not an everyday cupcake. so I preorder for early collection the next day. but they must buy at least 6 at the preorder. or they can go and order 4 cupcakes for $19.00 selective choices. minus tax. with tax $21.00 gross estimate. "Ice cream is 5 stars when you get what you asked for. Really filthy location and I frequent here daily as a delivery driver and customer (just because it's close to my home). Some of the mess isn't cleaned up the next day! Workers are rude to delivery drivers and BEWARE: 50% OF THE TIME they have to substitute or ask us to replace the ice creams NEEDED FOR THEIR OWN SIGNATURE FLAVORS. Or popular ones in general. Severely understaffed and workers look miserable trying to maintain the very busy lines and mobile orders. I feel sorry for the ones that show up and push through. Poor management overall."
