"I have been eating at your restaurant inside Aeroville mall two nights ago. I must say that being here leaving a feedback about my experience means that I must have been really impressed and angry. I suggest you you to take action towards the personnel working at the restaurant. Nothing to say regarding the two Indian cookers, smiling and super quick making meals ready (although I 've found one hair in my crepe because one of them is not using the hair net). This is alredy quite disgusting. But please, do yourself a favor and send somebody to secretly check on the service at the tables, pretending he/she is a normal customer. This person will see a very cold welcome by a french waiter who is not wearing any uniform. The clothes he wears are dirty, he has dirty teethe, dirty nails (with black filling under the nails) and his face and forehead are covered with red irritations and strange pimples. They must be so itching because he continuously scratching himself violently and putting his face and mouth with his hands. This is really disgusting because with the same hands he is serving me the meals touching the dishes. He really looks like a scary drug addicted. Every time some new Customers approach the restaurant he rolls his eyes because he wants to finish and go home. I 've never felt so unwelcome in my life. The othe waiter, Indian very skinny and young guy, is polite and smiling. But he walks around the restaurant with a cigarette in his hand waiting for the moment to quickly smoke it (he came back after a few minutes smelling like smoke) and stores the glasses in the two cupboards while talking over his mobile phone using the earphones. I won 't list many other secondary details because you should definitely come here and check with your eyes, it 's a shame. Where are the minimum hygiene standards?! I 'm asking the bill now and my French waiter seems much relieved: one Customer less before his duty is finally over! I 'm paying my bill, 31€ for such a service! I couldn 't even have some bread because the bread was... finished! It 's a shame."

"Bonjour,Aujourd'hui, j'ai pris mon petit déjeuner au Starbucks de l'aéroport Paris Charles de Gaulle, terminal 2E. C'était une mauvaise expérience.Tout d'abord, une longue attente alors qu'il n'y avait que 2 personnes devant moi. Normal, une seule employée en caisse ; et 3 autres qui discutent tranquillement dans l'arrière boutique. Je commande une formule petit déjeuner avec un expresso. On m'annonce qu'il n'y a pas d'expresso, mais seulement du café américain. C'est quand même dommage pour un Starbucks...Je commande également un jus d'orange frais, mais l'employée ne sait apparemment pas bien se servir de la machine, qui se bloque, et elle fait par la même tomber les déchets d'oranges écrasées dans le verre de jus qui était quasiment prêt. Lorsqu'elle demande de l'aide à ses collègues, qui discutent de leur côté, pas un ne réagit. Conséquence, on m'annonce qu'il n'y aura finalement pas de jus d'orange non plus.Je fini par payer et passe du côté où on est sensé récupérer le café. Entre temps, vu la vitesse du service, la file d'attente compte maintenant 12 personnes.Nouveau problème, le barista n'a pas reçu le gobelet avec mon nom, donc pas de café. Il faut retourner en caisse pour vérifier ce que j'ai payé (oui, me croire sur parole aurait été trop simple).Je fini par avoir mon café (américain), ainsi que les panneaux cakes. Je m'installe à table.Affamé, j'attaque enfin mon petit déjeuner.Oups, pas de couteau. Je retourne au bar pour en demander un. L'employé à beau chercher un peu partout, puis disparaitre dans l'arrière boutique, rien n'y fait : il n'y a pas de couteau en plastique dans ce Starbucks. "Nous n'avons pas été livré" (ça doit être dans la même livraison que le café pour expresso).Bref, c'est probablement la plus mauvaise expérience chez Starbucks, qui est pourtant enseigne faisant preuve d'une bonne organisation habituellement."
