"The service area of deli/walk up was much more impressive than the dining room on the top floor. the food was boiled (calamari meatballs) blande. not what we expected for high quality Italian cuisine ambiance, unless they are a minimalist without taste buds. the amount of food was sufficient, but overpriced. the service was average. we should have picked up a sandwich from the deli."

"The food was fantastic, the staff friendly and on top of things but not over bearing, they had a pianist who played fun music show tunes, classics, etc., but the abmiance is what brought it all together. You walk in and see pictures of the owner with lots of people, some you might recognize, some you might not. Then he greets you and takes you to your table. The whole time he's walking around making sure everyone is happy. We each had something different and everyone loved their food! We went for New Year's Eve and even though there was a prix fixe menu it worked great for us some have dairy restrictions and some were vegetarian. It was a delightful experience"

"The host/manager was fantastic!! Went above and beyond with hospitality. Food was a little bland, but overall good. Went on trivia night (Tuesday) so it was a bit loud. Server was lacking in personality and hospitality, but overall good experience."

"My family and I had such an amazing experience, I had to review this place on both Google and Yelp too. Fantastic and beautiful dining restaurant that’s a hidden gem in the neighborhood. Extremely classy. The food was outstanding, from appetizers to entrees to desserts — everything was so satisfying and we all even had to take some home with us due to being so filled from appetizers. The highlight of our experience though was our server Keller. He’s very patient, accommodating, and extremely professional. He made us feel right at home and gave us a great first time experience there. What an awesome representation of the restaurant’s mission he is! We will definitely be returning and would love to dine with Keller again!!"

"Small Italian restaurant with family dishes. One of the better culinary experiences Del Ray has to offer. If the weather is nice, guests can eat their meal on their outdoor terrace. The family portions are only large enough to share two people, so a party of 4 would probably want to order 2 family dishes. The waiting staff was very friendly and accommodating. They cleaned the table between the courses, kept our water glasses full and delivered excellent recommendations. Street parking is available, but depending on the time of day it can be difficult to come by. A great experience. We will definitely come back."
