"The food is great although a little pricy for Romania. The beer selection is also great, which is to be expected from a place owned by a brewery. The location is fairly central and the staff usually friendly. Definitely the place to visit if you want great food and/or great beer."

"I gave one star because I could not give zero. I could not imagine worse customer service. Tonight was our 2nd visit to this establishment and the quality of service was the same both times. On both occasions we placed our orders for the entire meal. Drinks draught beer arrived 30 minutes later. On the first visit we All ordered salads and a main dish. After over an hour the waitress brought my greek salad and main dish at the same time. Thinking the rest of my party there were 3 of us would receive their meals I started on my salad. When I finished my salad my companions still had not received anything they had ordered and my main course was cold. I set it off to the side where it sat for another 45 minutes during which time we never saw our waitress. When she finally showed up again, after we sent out a search party, she asked what was wrong with my order and demonstrated a very poor attitude when we explained my meal was cold and questioned where were the rest of our order. An hour later our meals arrived. Tonight, I opted simply for a Greek salad as my main course which sometimes a salad is all I want. My companions ordered Mici cooked medium rare. Once again my salad arrived 1 hour later and nothing for my companions. I set it off to the side and patiently waited. Nothing. Another 45 minutes passed, with other tables who arrived and ordered after us being served, we addressed our waitress. We received the run around and were finally served 20 minutes later. The Mici were cooked WELL DONE not medium rare as requested. My wife finally addressed this with the manager and grill cook and the grill cook stated that ALL their Mici are always cooked WELL Done! Our waitress was very surly when she brought the replacement Mici to the table. ON the previous visit my companions Pork Neck was also cooked to the point that it could be used as replacement soles for a pair of shoes. I should also note that we had a different waitress for each visit. THIS IS NOT A PLACE I WOULD RECOMMEND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!"
