"We ordered a plancha of charcuterie and cheese for two, ravioli with beef for my companion, tortellinis gorgonzola pear for myself, for dessert my companion took a gourmet coffee and I a plate of Sicilian pastries Charcuterie and cheese were good, served with some too rare pieces of focaccia. The ravioli were good, homemade, but without sauce, and frankly it was missing. The product wasn't enough for itself, I finished my wife's plate that found them too dry. On my side, I enjoyed tortellinis, also without sauce, with a gorgonzola a softer hair and a little more pear, it would have been perfect. We liked desserts and coffee, I recommend Sicilian pastries with lemon and pistachio. There was not much to leave more enthusiastic; bread and a little sauce. As the hotel also groceries, I used it to buy some guanciale and spaghetti to make pasta to carbonara. I don't know why, the employee cut it to me in very thin slices without asking me when I wanted to make sticks for my pasta, thin!"
