"We visited here today with our granddaughter as she like pizza. On your website it 's states open times between 12pm-10pm. On arrival rude staff outside. We don 't open till 5pm. No apologies. My granddaughter was upset and started crying. We definitely will not be back"

"Called for a drink before we moved on to a local restaurant, sat outside amongst children, which I don’t mind, but the place was scattered with rubbish, and the barman was out picking up glasses totally ignored all of the rubbish, tables very dirty, grass needed cutting, just basically a bit unkempt, glass was very dirty, when I complained, he just poured the gin into another glass, taking the dust with it, he said it’s just because they’ve been sitting, well that’s obvious, as they were full of dust, it doesn’t make them clean, will not visit again."

"Apparently the garlic mushrooms and Calzone were beautiful, the dough was lovely and light; so says my mum. Gluten free pasta cooked to perfection, which is rare! Would highly recommend and will definitely return. Well done to the chef. Service was also efficient and friendly. Well done"

"Great scran that. I smashed in the prawns, she had lasagne nuggets, I'm told they were lush. Wor lass had a salami misti pizza, she never said a word to me until the last slice, when help was required. Naturally, as a top lad, I consumed the rest of it for her. I had Brisket Pappardelle A.KA. posh spag bol. 100% pure taste, I got extra chilli in mine, would recommend. Great service canny food. Service: Dine in"

"We stayed in Birtley for 4 nights and visited Santi's on the first night. It was very friendly and accommodating for our family of 3. The risotto was superb. As was the pizza and the child's Carbonara. The potato skins to start were lovely too. We were so impressed that, even though we were out sightseeing most of the time, we made it back for a total of 3 visits in 4 days."
