"Terrible experience as the outlet manager S@fi is not friendly. Asked her about the price of drink, she was unsure and asked other staffs. Her attitude is bad. I doubt of her ability as I was surprise that customer ask her related of the products. She can't answer but ask other staffs!"

"Love the atmosphere of this place. The owners are the friendliest in town, and the location is great for a bunch of things going on outside. Make sure to order some potato wedges. Delicious seasoning makes me remember them like I used to get them at my grandfather's restaurant in the 70's. This is going to be a regular hangout place for us while we're here in Penang!"

"We came here for a family breakfast and were pleasantly surprised by the range of vegan options on offer. My daughter and I each ordered the vegan sandwiches and were surprised that each plate came with two whole sandwiches, so would recommend to share if you’re not starving. The food was excellent as was the coffee and service."

"The best thing about this place is the friendly and courteous service from all the waiters and waitresses. Love its simple cosy and comfy ambience. We had our lunch at the Soul cafe downstairs. Adjourned to The Craftisan upstairs for coffee and homemade gelato. Will definitely come back again."

"Overall the place has good vibes,food was not bad ordered the ebiko fusillie and salted egg macaronni,the macaronni was overcooked a bit but the fusillie was great pair the ebiko w the salmon,the ceasar salad taste not bad but they should pay attention to the lettuces cause i gotten some wilted lettuce. The pasta set comes w drink soup and free flow ice cream, the chicken soup was nice but the pumpkin soup was kinda under seasoned had to ask for salt amd pepper and thats why i just gave it a 4 star"
